I think hes talking about the splash SBYRD5 showed us in the vet clan reunion.

And the banner looks ok i guess. Nothing special in my eyes. Try blending the pics more and making the background less dark and more bright.

Anyway your thing are teh same blue bg outer glow text and bad blending =/
