Juggernaut sucks? HAHA, what a laugh. Ahem Juggy is hard to use and he's pretty slow, but he can do quite a lot of damage and Head crush Hyper shows.
He has more than two moves you know
Juggernaut punch, earthquake, body slam and Power-up

Anyway back on topic. Karma's right there are too many dashing helpers now. I'm liking those helpers.[/color]

good ideas, what do you guys think about if the Helpers did a littile combos of there own they dont have to be really powerful, just a littile combo will do for example: CAPT. America has that combo that he used in marve| vs Capcom you could use it as a small combo...

I say that Guile could use some work. So instead of Sonic Boom (boring), why not flash kick 3x's. The super Sonic Boom stays because the Sonic Boom takes forever. Just like Venom, he needs venom byte going through screen. I just say Venom and Guile needs changes. Hulk does need gamma crush because his Gamma charge is just like Jugg's Head Crush. I don't think a move like Juggernut punch will work with Jugg.

Mysticken: if that's the case, Vega would be good with that move. Gen needs another thing like... some rapid punch he does.

but here's what I think that should work.

Dr. Doom:
Have the rocks protect you then have them moved to attack your opponent. (Like MvsC 2)

Guile:
Flash kick 3x's.

Hulk:
Gamma crush. (as SSJ said)

Psylocke:
Kochou Gakure
or stays regular.

Sakura:
Aerial Haduken. (two fireballs)

Spiral:
Those knives around her and throws them at you
or stays regular.

Venom:
A mini death byte.

Cammy:
Cannon Spike
or stays regular.

Gen:
Rapid punch
or stays regular.

Capt'n America:
Stars and Stripes
Sheild Slash
or stays.

Well I can make some gifs if you want them, but I make them with mugen and emulators.
