Sorry for not replying sooner. Yes i use animation shop and Image Ready both.

You asked how to get the kb smaller on the banner...well. The only thing i could suggest is to make sure that your banner isnt too big and has too many frames. The Frames is the biggest part the has an affect on the amount of kbs it has. If you have a banner that is larger than 50kb then i suggest using 7host.com to host it. Most hosting sites dont allow such big things to be hosted...such as boomspeed.com and ranchoweb.com

Also make sure when making an animation that you have all of the frames saved as .gif. If you have them saved as .jpg then the quality of the animation will be lousy. Good luck...
