I'm gonna have to say Gouki. A close runner up is Dark Sakura from MSHvsCAPCOM (hold start on hulk and press any punch/kick.). Also, Dan is a funny character all in all and has some great secret moves (his raging demon from pocket fighter and the suicide attack in MSHvsC)
