Kid Buu is weaker than the buu combined with everyone. You find this out because Goku SS3 didn't stand a chance against buu at first. Kid buu is buu when everyone was freed from his body. Goku was then strong enough to take on buu at the kid buu state. Goku then finished off buu with his spirt bomb.
