q1: T1+ would prob be the best... but something like a 640Kbits+ connection would (probably) do
q2: DSL or Cable Modem (100Kbits+) q3: people DONT' have to re-download the game if their browser settings are correct.. if not, then yes, their browser is what makes them re-download the game each time...
