umm yeah the game doesnt have any problems, the server that hosted the game deleted the game so that it doesnt suck up infinite amount of space for years to come

I just went to vgmfusion, clicked on the link, but theres nothing except a popup window with images of the characters and an Xed out blank spot in the middle. How do u get to the game?

The order of importance around here seems to be Tmy>Lefty>Mods>everyone else>ME>and SSJ Karma.

As I said...just accept the fact that in NO universe (parallel or otherwise), is the game dead. Every single person who actually knows anything about the game is telling you the game is not dead.

What other proof do you need SSJ?
Do you need TMy to shut down projectx, and move everything over to VGM before you call it the 'official' home of the game? Cause im starting to give serious thought to perminantly hosting the game just to end your entire argument.

true the game isn't dead, but everyone is complaining like it is. Tmy is doing what he has to do, and whenever he (and project-x team) can get it back online, deal with the wait time. the game is free, there's only a few people pulling out their wallets here.

not to mention, there's even fewer people looking for the best server for the game's needs.

Even though you (zing) are currently hosting the game over at vgm fusion.

The Projectx.Cyberfuturism.com site (the URL most frequently found and accessed for the game.) is "inactive".
So until that page is "active" again...the game will be widely coincidered "dead" or "down".

Realy the only way for the game to "live" at this moment...would be for TmyApp to link the projectx.cyberfuturism.com "start" button to your vgm fusion hosted version of the game. (BTW: I like how you set that page up...looks cool...very loud...but alas..."not home".

Plus I am sure there are ALOT of 3rd party gaming websites. That are directly linked to the game page it's self.....That now have dead links. (i kinda like that thought)

TmyApp:You could turn on mirror 2 and send some traffic towards the VGM version of the game...provided VGM can handle the it.
It would shut up many...and help VGM get some more viewers via their ad.

SSJKarma: I don't really wanna get into some "debate" with you about the game, but let me make a few things clear to your eyes:

1. You CAN play the game at vgmfusion. And by your [bost_uid6]own[/bost_uid6] definition of dead, since you can actually play it... it is [bost_uid6]not[/bost_uid6] dead.

The [bost_uid6]only[/bost_uid6] person who can say when the game is actually dead is TMyApp himself.

Would you judge a site that's down for a few days due to over traffic "dead"?

Would you judge a site that's switching servers, and results in being "down" for a few days to be "dead"?

Would you deem a pay-game that is consequently a beta version (like AC2) that is down for a few days because it's switching hosts/servers to be dead just because you can't play it for a short time to be "dead"?

If you answer no to any of the above questions... then by that sheer same logic/thought process, you can EASILY arrive at the fact that the game is NOT dead.

2. I swear to god.. if you don't think that Zing79 and Quass didn't [bost_uid6]first[/bost_uid6] tell TMyApp what they were going to/planning to do at vgmfusion, and consequently gotten his consent before going about "hosting" the game at vgmfusion, then something must be wrong with you.

And further more, since that DID happen, and TMyApp is well aware of/approving of their temporary hosting of the game, then how is it so hard for you to grasp the concept that it's being "officially" hosted by vgmfusion for the time being?

3. Yes.. you are entitled to your oppinion. And unforturnatly (for you and your oppinion), Zing79 and us people who are "in charge" around here are givin "inside" information above your knowledge about the game's opperation/future.

4. NO mod thinks just because they're a mod they can do whatever they want. If they did, they sure as hell wouldn't last long.

Alright here it is all you need o know is above alright.mr Ssjkarma read it 6 times now zing is right correct.The actual game is not down because why would 2000warrior post the vgmfusion link.I don' think he would its not a false hope it can actually help I saw the loading bar my self.Plz SSjkarma click the link playthe game and enjoy.Goes to his store and gives SSjkarma a nestle crunch bar you earned it again.Hope it makes you feel crunchier :biggrin: Also the game is not really dead it's alive.Now version 0.6b yea tmyappz is working on it he said so in that donate thing.Also if any thing the that version is unconscience he is fixing it to better health while he can try to get it online again :lol: :biggrin:
