Storm users can be much more Cheaper than Cable users at times, just like Spiral, and Strider/Doom users.
If Cables Viper Beam seems so cheap, just jump over it, his grenade isn't the gratest thing in the world, it's blockable, if you have a character thats not top tier who can dash, then your in good hands, like Chunli, and War Machine. If he does AHVB, just don't get caught in it, and dash over to him, and do your infinite or whatever you want to do. |
