Memory foam beds - Please give your opinion - Page 2

Just get a regular foamy to put over top of your mattress. It's inexpensive. My brother would always complain howbad his mattress was, then he just put a foamy on top, and that shut him up.

Do what my grandma does, lay in bed and lay comfortable pillows under your body and try to sleep.

eat some asian food... just kidding, but anyway try spending your day exercising or walking around, i was at a state fair for like 8 hours i fell asleep so fast... do some extra curricular activities in school, or just get out and ride a bike or something... also you can also playing some some slow music or get one of the sound players that are suppose to calm you down... or you could just fly across the world, come back, and youll have jet lag for a couple of days, but once you get rid of the jet lag, you fall asleep alot easier(for me anyway)
