im using paint shop pro, i had a bigger version of the gif but after all the layers and animation the image was larger than 250kb so "PhotoSucket" redused the image. (im just kidding Photobucket where cool) so i scaled it down to where it was 248kb with the detail and stuff that i wanted. So i guess that is going to have to be my background for now guys. thanks for all the input. Your help allowed the image to go from this........
