My cousin had that same thing. He told me if that happens, you're screwed.
He had to reboot his computer after that. How do i know he knows what he's talking about? He owns a computer shop where he repairs, sell computer and other pherirals (not sur ehow to spell that word). so ya, there might not be anything else to do. I suggest backing up your files and rebooting your computer.
