i'm not sure i never had this problem... have you tried the scanner yet, also try changeing your backround like windarossa said... other wise go to the restore computer option and set back as far as you can
to get there, go to programs, then accessories, then system tool, then system restore that should work Edited By loadingbar on 1122369970
