Frames per second/fps - Manipulating fps

Obviously there would be a minimum/maximum boundary for this command, maximum which is 35 and minimum could be whatever you deem acceptable.

i have a 664 Mhz comp with a really low amount of ram and the gameplay for sfo on it is perfect. I can block 100% of the time super jump perfectly and everything. An average of about 20 - 29 Fps should do the trick.

My advice you can remove the graphics card in your pc or some of the ram until it works to your liking.
