Well guys... I'd have to say Chun Li's supers take a lot of damage due to TMyApp's plan for balancing out power. Logan and Ryu can both run circles around her, not to mention it's a lot easier to hit someone with a Shinkuu Hadoken then it is to land any one of Chun Li's supers on somebody. As you are both well aware, Li's "super fireball" is by far easier to dodge (or at least block) than Ryu's Shinkuu Hadoken, thus it takes more damage.
