Ok these are simple questions...
The first one would obiously be lagg but this sounds kinda like story mode when you try rage and you press 1...your apponent freezes but they would probably have a bad connection. The second one...It doesnt happen every time but ya if they did a special with like ryu and your coming in from high up and into the special the block breaks its happens to everyone so I say its fair... The third one, If you see the H on the top of your health it means you cant use your helper. That would probably only happen if you do the high jump alot and it would show HJT or something like that so its only that when you come down from a high jump it will still show the H because you can't use your helper while in the air and I know you do alot of high jumps Those are all the answer you'll probably need
