some ppl said before and some 1 made a post is it the player that is cheap or the char? it's the player not character so dont say it's the character.

yes it is totlly up to the user if she /he is cheap or not ie cyclops can be cheap or can totally suck or befor the update (1.3b) i played as sakura and didnt use her dash and i actually challenged others to do the same. she turned out to be bad ass and fun to play as... also it seems that some charaters have more acces to cheaper move. unlike ryu or chung-li per-say. know what i mean?

but i think that sakura is now ..... "weaker" than she should be.. but i still think that she is one of the all around best characters (especialy VIP) .... so u can ask around and they can vouch for me when i say that when i am sakura i am not cheap put i will make u fight for all u got...
