BECAUSE SOMEONE WITH A FAST PC IT WOULD SEEM AS IF THERE WAS NO ADJUSTMENT..

Its not that its to strong,.. its not that it can cancel most move..ITS THAT IT CAN BE DONE NONSTOP..NON-FREAKIN STOP!!! I DONT CARE HOW STRONG IT IS. hmm... If you somehow wind up in the corner...lol.. forget about it, game over , u lose..Let the move be able to be cancelled. give a delay time ,or a ability lock on that move. buT HEY..I luv sukura man... She rocks cheap or not..And where is that spinning kik special??

Oh my days. I did RD and half way thru her block attack stopped it. And dapoobe she does meant to have rd. In sf ex plus @ Looks like everyone had their own RD lol. Even Zangief and look how slow he moves.
