Yea i think it can...i say if pplz keep making stupid topic, give them a warning, and if they still make stupid topic close the topic..if they dont learn from dat banned them

but its not just that people are making stupid topics, its the absence of the good ones as well as that.

I know, thats probably why the decline of RI is upon us. Theres always been bad topics and good topics, but never so few good topics and so many bad topics.

we can still fix RI if sum ppl really think hard and post and keep posting every1 sees that sum ppl r working hard to make good topics and post in there alot so theyll join in...

I must agree with the ones before me.. R.I. may never be restored.. That doesn't mean we can't try though, and in the end, who knows, maybe we can revive it. I'm sure alot of the people that care about this place appreciate your effort to help. I know I do.
