go to ur internet options and click temorary files, A new window will open, where it says: "check for newer versions of stored pages?" That should be set to "Automatically" or "Never".
If it is set to "Automatically" and your browser still makes you download the game every time you try to play SFO, then change the setting to "Never". At the bottom of the same window you'll see a slider for the "Amount of disk space to use?" Make sure that is set to 100mb+ through 200mb+ Click "OK" and you'r done.
