Err... no... it is very easy to see how powerful an attack is, you don't need to know rocket science.


Raddaman: That isn't a good way of doing it, I'm sure that Akuma's Shun Goku Satsu deals more damage than that. My way is the best way (best way until proven wrong), just count the number of "sectors" for a life bar (they'll all be the same for every character, then use Ryu as your target practice and so on.
