it just dawned to me!
people that are that ubsessed with putting other people down at the age of 12 (ie that girl in PE) ARNT WORTH YOUR TIME

at the age of 12 you should be playing yugioh and watching TV, not acting like the big poop.

so, my advice since this new info just game up.. is:

dont worry about it now, if people donmt like you. worry about it later, when it might have some iportance.

my advice on how to prepare, to not only get freinds but be popular is:

excersise, excersise is key on looking good. i mean running, weights, and having some muscle. NOT waking on your muscle. stand tall, and keep your dignity.
second, well grooming. have your hair in a nice style, not too short, not too long, not all patchy, and defenatly not super balled (you easily get stereotyped). put on deoderant every day, try that axe spray, it works fine. take showers every day, and wear confertable cloths that are clean.
facial products, use them. we all get achne eventially but it doesnt have to be too bad.
get good grades. finish at the top of your class, because one thing people like, is someone to help them. then,. they eventially shine on to you. just remember there is a difference from an achademic freind ship and being used.

also, as i said before, to socialize, GET OUT THERE. get into clubs, sports, and such.
popularity isnt more of who you are, but more of what you've done.
if you're in everything and have done everything, by defenition you're popular. people love people who succeed.

so succeed.. and for god sakes, keep the masterbation down to at the most twice a week =/
