NO such thing as cheap. Every character can be "Cheap" like ryu sending fireball after fireballs where a person cant even jump to aviod them.

Most people say wolverine is cheap cause he has good close quarters fighting skill and in order to really do damgage a good wolverine player really must stay on top of other characters. We'll its the other players job if they are skillful to stay away from him.

I've played really good players that dont stick around long enough to start a combo against, so if one person can get around getting stuck in a corner everyone could.
