This is slightly good, but slightly stupid as well. When you think about it, people who send hate mail will generally either already be banned, or they'll not be playing the game. People who send in complaints, on the other hand, go into a different level. Whether they're trying to be annoying or not, they're still just complaints. If you banned someone for complaining, obviously, there will probably be more hate mail. So you've got somewhat of a little flaw in this simple/easy plan. Good thing you didn't say it was fool-proof.
