it will be better to have that flying raging demon special but for shadow lady (vip chun-li)
but ive only seen it once in the dream cast marve| vs capcom 2... where chun li does a flying kick into the opponent and the chinese symbols appear doing a hell of alot of damage...so im guessing chun lis raging demon can be performed at lvl 1 but the diffrence is it has to make contact without interference from a projectile,special or helper...
