Ken can't do Shinkuu Hadouken(Well in XvSF and MvSF yes, but only if the combination is with Ryu)
Akuma won't have it cause that would make him a complete E. Ryu clone. And Chun-Li will NEVER EVER get the RD.(Unless TmyApp decides to add it, but the chances are slim) Edited By Orlando0 on May 26 2004 at 22:44
