aye.. but the screenshots makes the game complete.. and they help lure norms to the comminuty :biggrin: .. So the old ones were more catchy and had a lot more characters.. but all in all.. the game engine does have a lot to do with the game itself.. :biggrin:[/quote]

FALSE the screenshots were real except they were glitches.

I recall the topic when a ####ie posted a few of those screenshots showing that he saw a glitch with Gambit,Rogue,And even one with a pink ryu which looked like Dan Hibiki if my knowledge serves me right.

According to popular beliefs, they were meant to be real screenshots.. but for inhouse purposes, well, we've gotta be honest with ourselves.. Gambit, well the last time TMyApp gave any news on him, he was about 35% done, and Rogue, about 20%.. There's no way on earth, they would be playable at that level.. so there's no way those screenshots could be real.

As a matter of fact, before starting the screenshots contest, we considered making a set of fake screenshots, like usual with Roger and madlib fighting *cougH* .. I know.. that's from [adult swim] :biggrin:

But TMyApp wanted the community to be involved this time.. and that's why the screenshots contest began. :biggrin:

And SBYRD5.. I don't know where you got ur theory from.. but heh, I sure like your attitude of sticking with it. :biggrin:

Blanka09: from what TMyApp told us when we all analysed the screenshot section saying they were false because the helpers they used wasn't mathcing the little icon in the left hand corner. TMyApp said those screenshots we true, really GAMBIT was there and so was rogue... the moves they were using were created. the intro also was created by ingame footage ! that's what he told me a few years ago when i asked.

that's mainly why GAMBIT, ROGUE and whoever was int here... is already made at a certain percentage !
but there is no way for him to add them to this game without him asking us who we want first !

the only screenshots that weren't real, are those made by QUASS and ZING79 ! even tho they always said those were true, i don't believe one word about them being true ! perhaps i would consider the 7 days of weapon X as true, but even tho they seems true, i wouldn't believe TMyApp working on a move so hard and not throwing it in ! so even that must be flase !

SSJKarma: When I said the shots were fake.. I didn't mean TMyApp just made them up by cutting and pasting or some other means.. All I'm saying is, a normal user.. even a mod can't produce those sorta shots because of the presence of characters that aren't presently usable.

Now TMyApp has completed those characters... ie Rogue and Gambit to an extent.. but not to one that would make them playable. Heck, if he has, then there's nothing holding him back from releasing it.. like a poll or something. That's just unethical :biggrin:

But the main thing is, we can't produce those sorta shots.. only TMyApp can.. and yes.. from ingame footages like the one in Street Fighter Alpha 3, TMyApp can create intros to his own game Street Fighter Online. Something I learned a few weeks ago :biggrin:
And besides, it's his game.. I don't think he needs <font face="Times New Roman">our approval</font> to add them. :biggrin:
