Actually Akuma's Messatsu Gou Hadoken does count as a special. And Akuma's Messatsu Gou Shouryuken does not suck. =/ People just dunno how to use it. Everybody is just caught up with using his Tenma Gou Zankuu Hadoken all the time. =/
Whether or not his Shun-Goku-Satsu is a level 3 special or not, it's still one. Plus Akuma already has 2 specials he can do which is either Tenma Gou Zankuu Hadoken or Messatsu Gou Shouryuken, so stop complainin'. Oh and his Tatsumaki Senpuu Zankuu Kyaku is kinda weak.
