basically there is no run here, the xbox is way better in everything considering that the graphics are way betterly played on XBOX. the xbox realy can make huge levels and a high level of sdetails which the PS2 wasn't able to produce, example, METAL GEAR SOLID 2 SUBSTANCE.

Whole NEW quest (SNAKES TALES), whole new graphics overhaul and much more VR trainings !
but this is just an example, lots of games we're remade with way better graphics on XBOX. gameplay wise, you can't say PS2, cause many games that are on PS2 are also on all consoles, you can say CONTROL wise, but never will you say GAMING wise.

i like all 3, they have their games !
but hardware wise, the xbox makes is way better then both of them.

as for th eone saying, XBOX is beter cause its easier HACKABLE, well... get a life will ya. you don't choose a console for its hackability, you choose it for the games you want stupid !

oh and JAKE, all 3 consoles have a link that able you to play one game with two consoles which doubles the amount of player that can play that game !

excpt that XBOX isn't needing a serial cable, it uses the network cables as the computer industries which is way faster then any serial cable the other two consoles have been using !

Ps2 because its got great games + graphics , its backwards compatible and it can play dvds and music. Xbox is the most powerful of the 3 but has a chunky controller and can play music cds + dvds like ps2 and has online capabilites ( like ps2)

Gamecubes are just awful. Most games are being releasd for PS2 and XBox. They cant play dvds/music and cant go online.

well i have all 3 consoles, and i say that ps2 is the best out of them. I love all three but here's how my vote goes: ps2-1st, gamecube-2nd, and xbox-3rd. Who cares about the dam hardware?? I mean u dont get a system to open it up and analyze the data it has, u get a system for its games, and since ps2 carries the best games, i voted ps2. Xbox is terribly big and the controllers are humungous and its just too bulky. gamecube is too small and ps2 is in da middle, and the games r just soo good on ps2. I dont care that ps2 doesnt have everything xbox has, who gives a dam about all that computer crap. I dont analyze systems to see which is better. I look at which games that system only carries and juge them from that, and thats wut everyoneelse should do too :buttrock:

otherwise marve| VS CAPCOM II ONLINE play without be made for it, and PHANTASY STAR ONLINE V3 wouldn't be existing either !

atually the XBOX and PS2 gives only HIGH SPEED which reduce highly their ONINE players cause many are still on 56K. but the gamecube offer a 2 in 1 modem which includes 56K and HIGH SPEED capability !

as for hardware wise.... yes it does matter !
as the games that are XBOX only would never run at full speed on a PS2 because it hasn't the power to run them full graphics and full speed.

take a game, analyse it for the PS2 and see how limited he is compared to the XBOX games !
example:
all PS2 games can be easily ported to XBOX, but games on XBOX cannot be ported without losing some graphics int he process !

PS2 games doesn't use ANTI-ALIASING 8X to smooth graphics, because it doesn,t have the power to do so, but XBOX can and easily does.

XBOX does easily LIGHING and TRANSFORM which the PS2 have only basics.

thus you do say the games are better yet in fact they are way more pretty on xbox then on PS2 has the PS2 needs to have a lot less GPU power then XBOX.

basically, you play a game on XBOX, FULL graphics. but the same game on PS2 is like MEDIUM to LOW graphics compared to xbox !

as for gameplay, well i see DOA3 as a very addictive fighting game and i see it way better then DOA2 HARDCORE. also i see the game DRAGON (bruce lee) as a very great beat em up game, those are just example of games you will never find on other consoles other then XBOX.

as for those who say i like the PS2 controller better that why XBOX sucks... well the controller doesn't make the console you know ! anyway... did you even know that i can easily use my PS-PC-GC-N64-DC-SNES-NES controller on my XBOX ?

if you had gone onto ZOPHAR.NET before they closed down their STORE, you would have find all the adapters you needed to be able to use other controllers on your different consoles ! their was also a way to plug in N64 controllers into your PC and like 4 of them at the same time !

really, with all this stuff going around right now, one wonder why he wants more then a computer whic generates the very same game and has way better graphics then any consoles anyway !
