Old school version - I think most agree we should have it

by the way, tmyapp develops the game on a 500mhz with 16megs ram of video. don't know for ram itself. but that prooves it, anything under that is considered NON-PLAYABLE experience ! and its not me who says this. but tmyapp himself !

it didn't change, he told me this 2 years ago dude !
so really, he says it himself. the game runs much more smoother then it was back then.

really i really don't understand why it run so poor today, but it sure aint his coding. the game works way better now then it was. want to proove it, i still have 500 plugged and i can still play it on it ! believe me, it works way better and i get even more FPS then it was before !

that's the least i can say.
anything under that i really should give you the advice to get your computer up a notch ! and believe me, it took me 3 months to get up because of money problems, i don't have a job you know ! if i could upgrade, then so can anybody else !

i tell you, playing games on computers under 733mhz is just plain bullpoop now a days. its gonna be worth the upgrade believe me !

well, RYU only, no helpers, no 4P mode, no lag configuration options, quick matches only, no host / join options. the option for automatic background was chat command only, the intro was totally different and there was lots of old bugs. no more super jump lock (like it matters anyway) big FRAME PER SECONDS problems, by big i mean big big big FPS problems !

serisouly, from today to back then, lots and i mean alsmot all the program changed for the better !
i doubt him to even want to look at this old stupid version compared to today's work !

basically, what you guys ask, is for him to let go off a year and half work just to get some old excitement that you had !

don't know for tmyapp, but i would get outraged by the subtile way to say to him that you don't like the work he been doing for the last year and a half !

really... that's how i think your way of saying it is.
you're basically telling him that.
example:
tell me the difference between both...
- you worked your ass off for the last year and a half just to get so few things straight, bring the old game back cause its way better then this one !

or

- i don't like this new version, get our old skool version back, it was better anyway !

really, i don't see any difference except that one is like less direct then the other !

so i still wonder why you want an old decripit version of a game that worked so harshly on the creators old computer compared to this awesome game he gave us right now that works way better on his old computer then it was 2 years ago !

yeah the game didn't run so good on 500 MHZ but it was still about the 25fps mark on that...try playing it on a 500MHZ and the lest you''ll get might be 15...the game does need more CPU power than it did 2 years ago

really, this game hasn't been made to be played under a 733mhz !
heck a 500mhz is the limit, that was what i was saying, tmyapp said that this version was optimized for old computers so they can load faster and get playing with faster FPS, if you don't get them, then its not tmyapp's program who got a problem, its your computer !

and i know what i'm talking about, cause i played this with everything between 133mhz and 1700mhz with many configurations. same thing always hapenned, the best computer always was better, at no time was it better on an older version !

except one or two times where i had better keyboard response, but other then that, graphics wise. the newest versions always defeated the old ones !

anyway, this is getting pointless...
bringing back an old version would be stupid anyway !

Karma I'm not going to read all that rubbish so you should really just try summing your posts up into one small paragraph.

You REALLY would not know how the game functioned back then or nowbecause you rarely ever played and were never recognized for your game abilities. No offense big guy, but you're just a forum junky.

Yeah...that's EXACTLY what I would like to see.

If it's so much trouble to come out with an Old School version, why was it announced to come out earlier in the year? Wasn't the prouduction worked on quite a bit before it was delayed?
