Well I'm glad you guys like it because I did and rolled on the floor laughing.

SSJKARMA: "3 of them drowned because they couldnt get the tailgate down". A pickup truck is like a jeep only without the cabin in the back and it has a tailgate, which is the door that you slide down to get out of the truck. Now you don't have to slide it down in order to get out of the back from the truck so that makes them pretty stupid that they tried to get it down because they could have just jumped in the water.
"It only rained twice this week, first time 3 days, second time 4 days." I think this is kinda self-explanatory because if you say its gonna rain twice this week, you usually are thinking only 2 days, but in the letter it rained a whole week, 3+4=7days=1week so she was too stupid to figure that it rained the whole week.
"If we don't pay the funeral bill, up she comes." Now what they meant by that i really dont know, I guess she's gonna rise from the dead
