Actually, his power hasn't gotten to his head. Anyone who pays attention to his style will know that this isnt his worst. The fact is, people have been getting away with way too much, and the activity inside the "game" proves it all too well. Just spend 20 minutes in the chat, and you'll see what I mean. He's being strict for a reason, and it will pay off eventually. Besides, though mistakes are made, some mistakes tend to be made into a much larger mistake then hoped for, and then it becomes vital that it is stopped immediately and that the mistakened person is disciplined or enlightened depending on their crime. Biting problems in the butt stops that from ever happening. So be thankful that he isn't actually doing what he's supposed to do (ban).

I know that there are many who think I am power drunk, but let me say this.

First off, I have no doubt that all of you, as TMyApp was choosing mods, were thinking, "Oh, if I become a mod, things will be different...I'll improve this community."
Well, I'm tryin to keep that promise that I made to myself.

Second, I as Roll has said, I have banned NOONE since I became an admin.
If you like, I can issue fewer warnings and more IP bans, but I'm trying to give everyone the benefit of the doubt.

Third, I have noticed that whenever I see someone break a small rule, say, minor flaming, and I decide to let you guys handle it, instead of acting mature, the topic always goes downhill until it's just another spam topic.
If you guys show youre mature enough, then I'll be more inclined to let you guys handle the minor flamings...

I've also repeated myself so many times that I dont think anyone even hears me. What else can I then do, but take action?

Da Vipa, if the power had truely gone to my head, dont you think I would have banned you for that remark, or edited your post to make it more favorable?

Maybe you guys havent noticed, but I have also improved the filter; you'll also notice that I havent blocked some kinds of ASCII--though it would make the filtering easier, it might also restrict you guys from makin ASCII pictures, or restrict you creatively.
If I truely wanted, I could make the filter foolproof, but then you guys would be restricted to plain text posts, with NO ASCII, NO tables, NO diagrams, and NO creativity allowed.

But I didn't. I'm allowing you guys more freedom, and if that freedom is abused, then less freedom will be granted.
It's as simple as that.

If anyone thinks I'm doing a bad job, please let me know, but do so in a constructive way...
I'm not gonna ban someone for speaking their mind as long as it is in a mature and polite fashion.

But it hasnt...however, try and actually READ what others post before replying; its obvious you just skimmed it, and then altered it in your head....sigh, why do i even bother....

and people, try to stay on topic...im really close to just deleting all posts down to that last one i made, and locking the topic cause it seems you guys cant handle bein off topic--you dont know when to go back on topic....

oh oen thing to say............ U know that there is a topic in random insanity called Flow/Freestyle/Talk and lots lyrical battlin going on there.......some ofus use words that we can't usually use........ we usually modify them so that it doesn't offenceany people(well in a way) but today I forgot to modify a word and I know that u're really hard about the word that the member of the forum use.

hope U won't ban or anythin........ I edited my post even if at the place of the word that I used,it was wrote ban me or something like that

Hi, can any of you admins unban me from the forum on my old name "asrbwettaw", all i wanted to do is use tarkanx's name to reach tmyapp, since he is really hard to get reached. I think i learned my lesson pretty good, even if i didn't know about the rule ofusing someones name. Im really sorry for any harm done in any way.... Can i please get unbanned?
