EMPEROR is way higher !

EMPEROR controls the COUNTRY while the KING controls the REGION !
so again, they wouldn't be at the same level !

the Khan from Mongolia sent his footman to harass the peasants while the king and queen sat there upgrading there castle. A archmage(captnbarrabas) from the otherside of the temple came and helped the King try to fight back while the footman runs away wounding the whole of the peasant population
