cyclopse is the best only cuz he's cheap... somewhere between all the optic blasts and optic sweeps you'll get a kick in or something... but what pisses me off is that the blast goes through anything and hits you... its just annoying.
strongest move...... ryu's uppercut hyper.... if you get it good it'll take off half or so.
