ok, take this. i thought of it and made it in december 2002.

u know how people around the world ride bikes to and from work, especially in europe and asia? they would even ride in the rain. so what i was thinking is putting windshield wipers on the the brake pads to keep the rims dry.

it works like this: when you apply the brake, the wipers runs the water off the rims. say in dry weather the bike, going 15-20mph, stops in 1.5 seconds. when wet, it could take 5-7 seconds, you probably crash into something by then. but the wipers could reduce the stop time to like 3 seconds.

i tried it before on speedy wonder[my bike] and its 85% effective. now if i can only find a way to patient it.............
