Burning cds - Question

karnage, let me get this staright !
because it is clear you are not listening to the news !

www.kazaa.com is like on the verge of extinction, just like napster was !
WHY ?
because of the MP3s and movies CIRCULATING THRU them !
why is it illegal to have an MP3 that you don't have on the original CD ?
because you didn't pay for the copyrights, thus making you PIRATE by doing PIRACY which is illegal !

now, they cannot stop www.kazaa.com, nor could they do it with NAPSTER.com, nor can they do it for AUDIOGALAXY.COM which are 3 of the most used to get MP3s, why cannot they stop them.... because the MP3 AREN'T ON THEIR SERVER ! they aren't serving them, USERS of the program do it !

now, YOU download thru KAZAA MY MP3s
you are illegal by doing so.
but, they cannot get you, because it won't stop the others. they need BIG TARGETS.
so they try to stop KAZAA but they cannot, because they are legal because they only did a SHARING PROGRAM which is legal because it is made for us to share things. but YOU DECIDE TO share MP3 which are illegal if you don't own the original !

still, not understanding, then go look at the news and TRY to understand cause i can't explain it better !

now, MP3 that you don't legally own the original, ARE ILLEGAL !
just like COPYING an ORIGINAL CD for SOMEONE ELSE then you is illegal too !

now the real question is...
why do the companies made the burners for if its to stop us from doing piracy ?
