Surperman vs. spiderman - Who would win?

whoever said SPIDERMAN can dodge bullets didn't understand what i was saying !

i'll say it again, very slowly !

SPIDERMAN = KILLED BY BULLETS IF HITTED !
SUPERMAN = BULLETS REBOUND OFF HIM, IF HITTED !

what didn't you understand in this ?
yeah, symbiotes is VERY stronger then spiderman.
but... superman just have to open his ####### mouth and yell...
then it's BYE BYE SYMBIOTE !
and that isn't including the strenght comapared to each others.
like prince said, there is still a 900 tons differences !
plus, superman can virtually do anything against spiderman new found powers.
example: spiderman cannot dodge any of superman ULTRA VERY FAST PUNCH !
actually superman and flash are about the very same speed !
which mean faster then the sound barrier !
it's spidersense is based of REFLEXES not about his speed !
superman own spiderman in every single way except perhaps for intelligence where superman is probably just a little less !

anyone who says spiderman stand a chance against superman is just plain old stupid !

there is only one thing that can make spiderman win and that is kryptonites, but he is unlikely to find some as only SUPERMAN SHIP is made of it. and it got destroyed a long time ago, so kryptonites is out of the question !
which means spiderman is like a stupid ANT compared to SUPERMAN !
