Need help from anyone

I need something from someone who has Street Fighter 2: Champion Edition, the America version, it doesn't matter if it's a ROM, an arcade cabinet, or a home console, here's what I need you to do:


Go to Kens stage, now go all the way to the right and see if there is a man with a yellow trenchcoat, and a hat.
