I've been learning HTML for a year or so, and could help with that. Also, banner software cost $$$. (Paint Shop = $50,Photo Shop = somewhere around $500 for the full instalment, Photo Suite = $40, Adobe Photo Shop = $500, ect.) I don't have all of these, but that I'd make a point. N E way, just ask me for help, okay? (I can maybe do a gif banner if it's reasonable.) PS, I've started school already, but I'll try to help you as soon as possible.
