TMy... you have 3 game servers....
why dont you set one serve aside for an earlier version of the game? you could have two games, a full version game... and a one character (probably ryu) lag-free version... all you'd have to do is cut and paste from what you have already pretty much... and you'd probably get alot of the old players back.
