I believe that Dan Hibiki is hitting on an interesting point. How can one appear, to observers, to go the speed of light, when the faster he goes, the slower time goes? Most likely the rate at which time slows down is exponential, meaning that the higher the speed, the faster time is slowing down.
So theoretically, time would slow down enough at the speed of light so u would not appear to go the speed of light.

as for you skeptics about this time slowing down thing, Humans are arrogant, and that is why u are baffled. Humans will never be able to understand things, and that is because we are human.

So, now put a lantern on top of that train. How fast does the beam of light go, relative to observers? NOT 186,000 mps+300 mph, but rather 186,000 mps. time has slowed down.[/b
