I'm watching a documentary on the KKK, and they're showing a segmant on "the birth of a nation", which is a movie which depicts the KKK as heroes and newly freed slaves as sex-craved monsters, and how it broke the box office.
What's worse is that Woodroll Wilson, the president at the time saw it at the white house, said it was the greatest movie ever and said that it's "incredibly true". And that's the president.
