SSJKarma...Wolverine and Chun Li need to be powerful. One on one, neither Wolverine or Chun Li can come close to matching Ryu in speed. They need powerful attacks in order to keep up with him.

As far as supers go, Chun Li's Senretsu Kyaku takes about the same amount of damage as Ryu's Shinkuu Tatsumaki Senpuu Kyaku and Wolverine's Berserker Barrage X.
