Ken and ryu younament - Sorry no prie

I will be hosting a Ryu and Ken tounament. Here are the rules:

1.U can only use Ken or Ryu.

2.Hadokens are ALLOWED, but dont keep doing it over and
over again.
3.A NO SHOW IS A NO GO, ur oppenet automatically win.

4.Always practice, so every match will have a prastice round.
5.It will be on the Tournament Server.

game name u wish 2 use in the tournament.
