well, not sure what will happen with blocking... but, the reason why you sometimes see the other guy only get up to 75% or so b4 he does his super/hyper, is because of Lag... (on his end, he HAD to get to 100%+)
the "hypar bar" doesnt' have much of a priority in the game, it only updates "whenever" for the other player (all in hopes to reduce the overall Lag) :biggrin: |
