i got an idea from the tournement idea
you could have 1 chatroom with a ref(admin) who would host the match for the other contestants he could be in the game and watch the fight.. maybe send a detailed discription of the fight too and maybe have a dedicated server just for the tournement like in Counterstrike P.s. its an idea pls dont flame =)
