im at UNR now and im bored so i will attempt to entertain myself with a little topic. ok here it goes. did you ever hear the philosophical approach on life? not the atom theory, but the whole community theory thing. how about this. we are all part of a bigger being, and like the cells of our body we have a purpose and have to follow that purpose. since a liver cell has the job of disposing of poison, that's what it does, and if it dies in the process then it did its job. now, we supposedly are part of a bigger being, and as such we should do our jobs to keep it alive. now, like cells we have no clue what is going on and why we are doing it, we just do (or why they are alive). like someone who teaches, its like brain cells that tell the rest of the cells what to do. see, we do jobs but we are unaware of the purpose, we just do them(or why we are alive). so, what if we were part of a bigger being, we were all working toghether to keep it alive, and that the bad people were like cancerous cells that try to destroy it? there is a cycle of life as there is one in our own bodys with our cells. its something to think about, it kinda made me feel better about the whole death thing, if this could even be true, since we get recycled and are turned into living matter again no? so, maybe we do have re-incarnation, just that not in the way you think. think about this, we, our bodies, even our soul, is part of other beings that came before us! since matter cannot be destroyed and dead tissue is recycled to become living, and that all we are is a combination of atoms (yeah im mixing the two theories to make more sense to me lol) then the atoms we have right now were part of like elvis or something lol. talking about having someone with you even after they're dead. well, its just a theory and it sounded interesting to me when i heard it in my CH class. you can argue that it's not true and im not saying it is but this idea is such a novelty to me that I cant help but take it into consideration. lol, i can see it now, one of my cells posting this same topic in a foum in my body...
there is another theory too
that the world is an infinite cycle
the world gets destroyed, and then is re-made in the exact same way, with the same people doing the same things, and such, which could actually make sense when it comes to time travel. if in the future there will be another me doing what i am doing right now and all happens the same way, then, if we wanna go back in time, all we have to do is find a way to be preserved and survive till the cycle comes back around. yeah i heard some weird stuff from that class, and its really interesting.
