ive been noticing it eversince i joined
how come the number of times helpers can be used are not all equal?

i mean dr doom is good as well as blanka
how come theyre not the equal?
doom can be used 3-4 times max only while blanka is 6 the least
helpers like spiral and guile (who sucks) have more times can be used than the others

why is it made this way in the first place?
