In many cases people host games and tell their challengers that Cyclops is not allowed(probably for a good cause) cause their opponent(s) might end up being "cheap". Anyway I thought it might be good if the amount of optic blasts and optic sweeps can be limited in a game by a cyclops user. As in the number of times you can do the optic blast and the optic sweep should be limited. Then the opponent has to fight with the other moves which are not considered to be cheap. It should be in such a way, that after the allocated amount of optic blasts and sweeps have been exhaused the fighter cannot do it again until another game. P.S.
