Pmbox tutorial... - Cleaning it comletely !

ok, this tutorial will explain the following parts of YOUR MESSANGER. or if you prefer, the PM BOX !

It is easy to understand how it works, at least i didn't have any big problems learning it.
but cleaning the box is another thing.
most people thinks they can get unlimited messages.
that's completely false !

see for yourself...

see letter A...
that numer there, shows you the number of message you can still get... once this get to zero, your box will become in a FULL state. which means, every other person that will try to send you a PM will get the message...

THE PERSONS BOX IS CURRENTLY FULL, message cannot be receive !

or something like that.
in that case, the person must do some major cleaning in their box...
that's exactly what most people don't do !
i'm sure a lot of people will tell...
"but my INBOX is completely empty, why is it saying my box is full ?"
the major problem is this one...
look at the number of message you can still receive. (letter A)
if it says ZERO and your INBOX is completely empty, then it is your SENT BOX that is full !

here is how you go to that SENT BOX...
you click on the little arrow (letter B). then you select SENT ITEMS, then you click on GO.
ok... you all wonder what this box is all about...
simple... every time you sent a message to someone, your message is not lost, it is moved there.

when you clean your PM box... don't forget to clean the SENT ITEM box too ! as you'll see that in about 3 months your PM box will be full !

now... for those who wonder... there is an actual way to avoid your SENDed messages to be moved to this folder !

when you reply/write a PM to someone, you got two options that most of us don't even use.
letter C is showing you the option that interest us !
if you UNCHECK that option while writing a PM to someone, the message your writing will not be moved to the SENT ITEMS box !

it is as clear as that folks...
now i wrote this thing down, because a lot of my friends have their box full and my guess is... they never cleaned that SENT ITEM box, cause i doubt they have kept 100 messages for later seeing purpose !
