I think Bison vs. Charlie would be a cool match up.
Another good fight could be Shadow Charlie vs. regular Charlie. The real Charlie has to win back his stolen identity, so he fights shadow Charlie to the death. He then Uncovers Bison's hidden base, and decides to drop by. Another good fight would be wolver
